1. Option

You let us know when, where, and at what time—via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or Instagram—and once we confirm the arrangements, we will come to collect the order in person. The cost of pickup and return delivery is included in the service and covers all of Slovakia, as well as the Moravian-Silesian, Olomouc, and Zlín regions in the Czech Republic. 90% of our clients choose this option

2.  Option

Once we have agreed on the details, you can drop off your order at our collection point at Hlavná 10, Nová Dedinka, or at one of our partners' stores. You can find a list of partners in the "Partners" section

If you decide to leave your order with one of our partners, simply let us know using any of the methods mentioned above

3. Option

You can send it by mail, courier, or Packeta. You need to consult us about this option in advance
